Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using iMenu, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The Service
iMenu provides a digital menu creation and management platform. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
3. Your Account
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
- One account per business. Shared or resold accounts are not permitted.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is illegal, misleading, or infringes third-party rights.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape or abuse the platform.
- Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
- Misrepresent menu items, prices or allergen information in ways that harm customers.
5. Free Plan Limits
The Free plan is limited to the first 1,000 businesses. Once capacity is reached, new registrations require a paid plan. We reserve the right to adjust this limit.
6. Billing
Paid plans (Pro and Business) are billed monthly or annually. Upgrade requests are processed manually via WhatsApp. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — contact sales@airmenu.net.
7. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload. By using iMenu, you grant us a limited licence to host and display that content to your customers. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content is accurate and lawful.
8. Intellectual Property
The iMenu platform, design and code are owned by AIR MENU. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
iMenu is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
