Getting Started

How do I create my first menu?
After registering, go to your Dashboard → Menus → Create Menu. Add categories, then add items with names, prices, images and allergen info. Your menu is live instantly at imenu.airmenu.net/your-slug.
How do I get my QR code?
Each branch automatically gets a QR code. Go to Dashboard → Branches → click your branch → Download QR. Print it and place it on your tables.
Can I have menus in both Arabic and English?
Yes — every item has separate name and description fields for English and Arabic. Customers switch language with one tap on the menu page. The layout automatically switches to RTL for Arabic.
How do I add calorie counts and allergens?
When adding or editing an item, enter the calorie count in the "Calories (kcal)" field, and check the relevant allergens (Nuts, Milk, Gluten, Eggs, Soy, Seafood). These display as badges on your public menu.

Plans & Billing

What's included in the Free plan?
The Free plan includes 1 branch, 20 menu items, a QR code, Arabic & English support, and custom brand colors. It's available to the first 1,000 businesses — no credit card required.
How do I upgrade to Pro or Business?
Go to Pricing or Dashboard → Upgrade. Select your plan and submit the request. Our team will contact you on WhatsApp to complete the upgrade within 24 hours.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, contact us at sales@airmenu.net or via WhatsApp and we'll handle the cancellation promptly.

Managing Your Menu

How do I mark an item as unavailable?
In the item edit page, toggle "Available" off. The item will appear with an "Unavailable" overlay on your public menu but stays visible so customers know it exists.
How do I reorder categories and items?
In the Categories or Items list, drag and drop rows to reorder them. The order is saved automatically and reflects immediately on your public menu.
Can I have multiple menus (e.g. Breakfast and Lunch)?
Yes — multi-menu support is available on Pro and Business plans. Create separate menus and assign them to branches as needed.
What image formats are supported?
JPEG, PNG and WebP up to 5MB. Images are automatically cropped to a 1:1 square ratio using the built-in crop tool when you upload.

Account & Security

How do I reset my password?
Go to the Login page and click "Forgot password". Enter your email and we'll send a reset link (valid for 1 hour).
How do I update my brand colors and logo?
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Branding. Upload your logo, favicon, and cover image, then pick your primary and secondary colors. Changes reflect on your public menu immediately.
